Each company gets a private database. You choose the version (12 through 19) and the apps you actually use. We charge for those apps, not a bundled "suite."
If you only need CRM and invoicing, that is what gets installed. Accounting, payroll, or Studio only show up if you ask for them, and only on versions that ship them.
After it is created you log into Odoo as usual. This site stays here for pricing and new companies.
