How to get in

Open Create a database. Company name, a short name (lowercase letters and dashes), your email, which Odoo, and how many people. Tick apps on the right. The total updates before you hit Create.

What we do with that

We make a Postgres database called tenant_ plus your short name, then install the apps you ticked for that version. If you pick an Enterprise app, the server must already have a real Odoo subscription code. Without it, create fails on purpose.

Where you log in

After you create a company here, go to odoo.odoodeploy.com (port 8069). That is Odoo, not this website. You should not see Odoo's own "create database" screen; new companies only come from this site.

What the company admin cannot do

They can work in the apps they paid for. They cannot open Apps, install extra modules, or open Administration. Extra apps are a change to the subscription, not a click inside Odoo.
